BUST - OPEN> 40 EUR - a flat-colored, bust portrait of your character
- a single color or gradient background

CHIBI - OPEN> 65 EUR - feral & anthro/humanoid characters
- a simple shaded, chibi styled fullbody of your character
- a transparent, single color, or gradient background is standard

My Rights as the Artist
- I reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation.
- I can post the finished artwork publicly (including on social media, portfolios, and art sites) for self-promotion.
- I may update or change these Terms of Service at any time.Usage & Ownership Policy
The artwork remains my intellectual property. You (the commissioner) and the owner of the character receive personal usage rights.You MAY:
- Post the artwork online with clear credit to me (e.g. “Art by @opalhorns”)
Use it for non-commercial purposes (personal icons, banners, reference sheets, etc.)You MAY NOT:- Use the artwork for commercial purposes (merchandise, prints, pins, sales, etc.)
- Claim the artwork as your own or remove my watermark/signature
- Drastically edit, trace, or heavily alter the piece without permission
- Sell, redistribute, or profit from the artwork in any way

Ordering Process
- Contact me via email, Instagram DM, DeviantArt, or Twitter/X.
- You may change the character/design until I officially start the commission.
- I do not accept written descriptions only, please provide clear visual references.Payment
- All prices are in EUR.
- Full payment is required upfront via PayPal invoice.
- I do not offer payment plans.
- You must be the legal owner of the PayPal account used.

Commission Process
- Current turnaround time can be up to 3 months, depending on queue length and complexity.
- You can check my live queue on Trello (link in my bio).
- Once I show you the finished piece, you may request minor changes.
- Major revisions after approval may incur extra fees

Refund Policy
You must wait until the full 3-month window has passed (starting from when I receive references + payment) before requesting a refund.Refund tiers (based on publicly posted progress):
Not started → 100% refund
Sketch stage → 50% refund
Lineart stage → 25% refund
Coloring stage or later → No refund- I need 2 business days to process a refund once approved.
- After receiving the final file, you have 24 hours to request minor adjustments (free of charge).
- Piece recreation / redrawing from scratch is not offered.PayPal Chargeback Policy
I offer manual refunds, so chargebacks should never be necessary.If a chargeback is filed:
- You must provide proof of my negligence or failure to communicate. I keep detailed, dated records of all client interactions.Any chargeback used to bypass my refund policy will result in:
- Immediate forfeiture of all rights to the artwork.
- The piece may be resold or used by me as compensation.
- You will be placed on a public blacklist to protect other artists.
